What do you really want? How do you know when something is a genuine yes? What happens when you want to say no but find yourself saying yes instead?
Many of us have learned to prioritize what others want, struggle to ask for what we need, or feel uncomfortable receiving.
In this interactive group experience, we’ll explore the Wheel of Consent through playful exercises, sensory awareness, meaningful reflection, and opportunities to practice making choices.
You’ll have space to get curious about your desires, notice your boundaries, and explore the difference between giving, receiving, taking, and allowing.
Whether you’re completely new to this work or have explored it before, you’re welcome to come as you are.
This class is about choosing, not doing.
WHAT WILL WE EXPLORE
Our gathering is shaped by the experience, curiosity, and learning needs of the people who attend.
We learn and practice together as a group, beginning with foundational skills and exploring more advanced practices when appropriate. Whether you’re new to the Wheel of Consent or returning to deepen your understanding, there’s always something new to discover.
Through guided experiential practices, we will explore:
• Waking Up The Hands
• The 3-Minute Game
YOUR CHOICE MATTERS
Every practice is an invitation, never an obligation. Touch is always optional, and you get to decide what feels right for you in each moment.
You can say yes, say no, change your mind, or choose not to participate in an exercise. Each of these choices is an opportunity to practice consent.
The goal isn’t to push past your boundaries or accomplish a particular activity. It’s to become more aware of what you want, what you don’t want, and how to honor those choices in connection with others.
WHO IS WELCOME
