The Art of Paying Attention is a 90-minute guided experience created by Salt & Fettle with Wendy Steer, The Well-being Alchemist.
Across the evening, Wendy will lead you through a series of unexpected exercises and moments designed to play with attention and awaken your senses. Along the way, Salt & Fettle will introduce carefully chosen food and drink as part of the experience — sometimes to taste, sometimes to notice, and sometimes to make you question just how much usually passes you by.
There will be moments of stillness, moments of conversation and things we won’t tell you about in advance.
This isn’t a meditation class. It isn’t a food tasting. And you don’t need to be “good” at slowing down.
Just come curious.
