Slow down and see the garden with fresh eyes. Explore the shapes, patterns, colors, and surprising details of plants as you wander through the Ogden Botanical Gardens. Discover how much there is to notice when you take the time to really look. No art experience needed. Bring your curiosity and a willingness to slow down and notice. A small paperback journal and a pencil will be provided to record your observations.Please note: We will meet at the Ogden Botanical Gardens at 1750 Monroe Blvd in Ogden. We’ll be walking for 60-90 minutes outdoors. Participants should plan accordingly by wearing comfortable walking shoes and dressing for the weather, and anything else they’d like to use for sketching or photographing their observations.

About the Instructor
KC Peek (she/her) is an artist, leadership coach, and nature lover based in Ogden, Utah. With a background in landscape architecture, she explores the natural world with curiosity. Her walks combine observation, conversation, and reflection, drawing on her coaching practice to help participants slow down, get curious, and see familiar places in new ways. KC believes that paying attention empowers creativity.
