Discover the hidden beauty of the microscopic world at ’The Art of Microscopy’ - an evening of science, creativity and striking imagery that immerses you in a secret universe at the microscopic scale.
Through a series of exciting talks, Oxford researchers will reveal how microscopy enables us to explore worlds normally invisible to the naked eye, from intricate biological structures to unexpected patterns and forms. Afterwards, wander through a mini exhibition of stunning microscopy images and see how cutting-edge science meets art.
Perfect for curious minds aged 12+* and adults alike - with refreshments and snacks provided. Come along and discover just how extraordinary the smallest things can be!
Hosted in collaboration with the Institute for Developmental & Regenerative Medicine, University of Oxford and supported by the J. W. Jenkinson Memorial Fund..
*Note: All under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

This event will take place in the Cheng Kar Shun Digital Hub at Jesus College, Oxford. The Hub entrance is on Market Street (opposite Wagamama). The Hub is accessible, with automatic double doors at the entrance and lifts to and from the main lower ground floor event space.
