Exploring how music can shape the way we create
What happens when you let go of expectations and allow creativity to take its own direction?
Using music as a starting point, you will be encouraged to experiment, make unexpected choices and trust your creative instincts without worrying about the final result.
Each participant will receive a large canvas or cotton painting surface and create alongside others, guided by an evolving musical journey. From calm and atmospheric sounds to energetic rhythms, each shift offers an opportunity to explore different moods, movements, colours and techniques. Moments of silence invite you to pause, reflect and see your work with fresh eyes.
There is no right or wrong way to create. This workshop is about embracing the process, finding confidence in your own expression and discovering what happens when you allow yourself to create without knowing the outcome.
