The Art of Italian Pasta: A Hands-on Class
Join us at Burntshirt Vineyards for an intimate, hands-on culinary experience where you’ll learn the timeless art of making pasta with The Pasta Lady from Homemade Pasta Noodles. Using her family’s traditional recipe and imported Tipo “00” flour from Italy, you will master the delicate balance of creating the pasta dough.
The Experience
This isn't just a demonstration—it’s a full sensory journey. You and a partner will work at your dedicated pasta station, learning to knead, roll, and cut your fettuccine. Best of all, you’ll take your fresh, handmade creations home to enjoy!
After class, you will enjoy a Three-Course Fettuccine Dinner prepared for you:
- Antipasto: Fresh seasonal salad with local artisan bread.
- Il Primo: Fettuccine tossed in my signature homemade tomato basil sauce.
- Dolce: A family classic pistacio cake.

- Burntshirt wine: A welcome wine and a glass of wine with dinner is provided. You are welcome to purchase your favorite wine or beverage to enjoy with dinner.
