Looking for a creative evening that feels a little different? 🌸Join us at The Dayton Woman’s Club for an Ikebana Workshop and discover the traditional Japanese art of flower arranging.
Led by instructor Yuuka Ishiu, this hands-on class will introduce the basic principles of ikebana while giving you the chance to create your own arrangement to take home. You’ll see how the same flowers and branches can take on completely different forms depending on how they’re arranged, opening up a whole new way of looking at floral design.
Ikebana is also a wonderfully calming practice, offering a chance to slow down, focus on nature, and enjoy the creative process.
The arrangement shown is an example, and the actual flowers used on the day of the workshop will be different.
No previous experience is necessary. Beginners are warmly welcome.
