Watercolor & Zentangle Inspiration

Learn the basics of watercolor painting and incorporating the relaxing therapeutic art of Zentangle in this hands-on workshop that explores how art can support healthy aging. Part of a 4-part series with Sun Health, participants will discover how music, movement, and creative expression can enhance brain health, reduce stress, improve mood, and foster social connection.
Ages 55+. No art experience is needed—just come ready to have fun, learn, and experience the power of creativity in a welcoming and supportive environment. Materials provided. Space is limited.
