Not every conversation leads to connection. Yet, every conversation holds the possibility of connection.
We interact with people every day. We talk, listen, exchange ideas, share moments, and then we move on. But what happens when we slow down and become more intentional about how we show up with one another?
This workshop is an interactive experience about moving beyond small talk and creating the conditions where meaningful connection can happen naturally.
You won't leave with a formula for making everyone a friend. Instead, you'll leave with a new way to notice, listen, engage, and create opportunities for genuine connection.
What to Expect
This isn't a lecture. You'll have opportunities to participate, reflect, and connect.
During the experience, you will:
- Explore the difference between interaction and connection
- Discover how we naturally listen—and what can get in the way of truly hearing someone
- Practice simple ways to move a conversation beyond surface-level exchange
- Consider the role of curiosity, presence, and genuine interest
- Participate in an experience designed to help you build or bridge a connection
You don't need to be an extrovert.
You don't need to have the right words.
And you don't have to walk into the room knowing anyone.
Just come as you are.
