Pipe Like a Pro – Practice piping classic shapes, from long, elegant éclairs to perfectly round cream puff shells, with guidance from our chef. Fill & Decorate – While the pastries bake, Chef Matt will demonstrate how to prepare delicious fillings and glazes for you to use as you assemble your own éclairs and cream puffs to enjoy. By the end of class, you'll understand the fundamentals of one of France's most versatile pastry techniques and head home with beautiful handmade pastries, new baking skills, and recipes to recreate these bakery classics in your own kitchen. No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.
