This isn't just about putting meat and cheese on a board! We'll guide you through the techniques we use to create our Marketplace catering boards, from beautiful salami rosettes and folded meats to cheese styling, creative arrangements, and those finishing touches that make everything come together.
We'll also share our favorite entertaining shortcuts, ways to elevate your board with specialty ingredients, and tips for creating larger boards for your holiday gatherings.

No experience needed. We'll build our boards together, step by step, so you'll leave with more than a beautiful board. You'll have the skills and confidence to recreate one at home!
