In honor of Mother’s Day, we invite you to gather for an intimate evening devoted to the art of caviar. This guided tasting experience explores the ritual, elegance, and nuance of one of the world’s most storied delicacies.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a curated flight of premium caviar selections, discovering distinctions in origin, texture, salinity, and finish. From traditional service with blini and crème fraîche to contemporary accompaniments that reimagine how caviar is enjoyed, each tasting offers a new perspective on flavor and presentation.
Champagne will be served throughout the evening as a refined complement to the tasting. Along the way, guests will explore the ritual of caviar — how to taste it, how to serve it, and how to present it with confidence.
To conclude the evening, each guest will receive a curated caviar kit to take home — an invitation to revisit the ritual of caviar and share the experience with others.
