Dear Women: Have you been longing for space to hear yourself think? To rest deeply. To create. To move gently. To just breathe.Often women enter midlife with more questions than answers.
The Art of Alignment is your Invitation - to reflect on where you've been, reconnect with what matters most, and intentionally shape the chapter that comes next.
If you've been feeling the call for beauty, stillness, creativity, and renewal, this retreat was created for you.
For seven days, in the golden light of Andalusia- among olive trees, jasmine-scented air, and the breathtaking Sierra de Líjar mountains - you'll step away from the noise of everyday life and into a sanctuary of beauty and peace.
Savor the simple pleasures of life, morning birdsong, starry skies, sunlit days given over to swimming and sleep, gently guided yoga, the healing pull of sound, and creative play that lets your inner artist out to breathe, all of it nourished by fresh, organic, artisan-prepared meals and the company of women who understand without needing an explanation.
The Art of Alignment is more than a retreat program, it's a powerful invitation back to yourself.
This is a small, thoughtfully curated, guided experience for women who value beauty, quiet, reflection, and meaningful connection. Ideal for those who prefer intimate experiences over extroverted ones, it offers the rare gift of space- to rest, to listen, and to reconnect - or rediscover - with what matters most as you enter into a new phase of life.
Sometimes you have to go far, to come to yourself.
If you feel the pull, I invite you to learn more or send me a message.
