But this festival isn’t just about the food. It’s about building connections and celebrating a supportive community. Every vendor on site is 100% gluten-free, with some carrying the trusted Coeliac New Zealand crossed-grain logo accreditation. You’ll find everything from everyday essentials like bread and condiments to sweet indulgences like chocolate and waffles. And yes — we’ve got gluten free food trucks, so you can skip packing lunch and treat yourself worry-free!
