Feel like the world is getting more uncertain by the day? Wondering if your voice can make a difference? It can, and we'll show you how.
About this Event

Join Results Canada on November 21 from 11am to 1pm at the Halifax Central Library (BMO Community Room) for lunch and an energizing, hands-on session to become an effective agent of change.

Results Canada works to build the political will to end extreme poverty and has trained thousands of people in Canada over the past 40 years to effectively fight for change all the way up to Parliament Hill. Now, we’re coming to Halifax to continue building our national network of advocates who work together for a better world.

You will learn to effectively advocate for an issue you are passionate about. Our interactive sessions will teach you valuable skills such as effectively crafting your message, engaging with your elected officials, and leveraging your voice at a time when it feels like apathy is the status quo. Bring a friend and discover how much power you really have!

This event is for you if:

  • You want to change the world for the better, but don’t know where to start.
  • You've advocated before and want to make a bigger impact.
  • You're looking for a community who share your values and hopes for the future.

We know from recent polling that people in Canada, like you, care about building a better world for all. But our decision-makers need to hear it from their constituents. We can show you how.

You'll learn to:

  • find your voice and tell a story that moves people, including the ones in power
  • engage directly with your Member of Parliament (yes, really) and make your message stick
  • turn concern into action that actually changes policy

You can drive meaningful change about the causes you care about and make an impact. Don’t miss the opportunity to join like-minded dedicated individuals, united in their commitment to shaping a better future.

No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to speak up.

Spots are limited, so register now!
