What if the wisdom you’re searching for has been growing within you all along?
Like an ancient tree, each of us carries a story shaped by our experiences, challenges, and the changing seasons of life.
Our roots represent what grounds and supports us. Our branches reflect how we’ve grown. And even as we release what no longer serves us, the wisdom we’ve gathered remains.
This November, join Tina Santana of The Agape House at Tre Lux Wellness Lounge for an immersive guided inner journey inviting you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the wisdom you’ve gathered along the way.
🌿 The Experience
Through guided visualization led by Tina Santana, RMT, accompanied by the live, rhythmic sounds of the buffalo drum, Peruvian rattle, and rain stick provided by Tracey Figueroa, you’ll journey into a peaceful autumn forest where an ancient tree awaits.
As you explore its roots, trunk, and branches, you’ll be invited to reflect on:
🌳 Your Roots: What has grounded, supported, and sustained you?
🍂 Your Growth: What experiences and lessons have shaped who you’ve become?
✨ Your Inner Wisdom: What insight, message, or symbolic gift might be waiting for you?
🌱 Your Next Chapter: What are you ready to release, nurture, or carry forward?
Following the journey, we’ll allow time for quiet journaling, personal reflection, and optional group sharing.
There is no right or wrong way to experience this journey. Whether you connect through imagery, feelings, memories, symbols, or simply a sense of stillness, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
No previous meditation or guided journey experience is necessary.
✨ About The Journey Within ✨
The Journey Within: Guided Inner Journeys with Tina is a new experiential series from The Agape House, designed to encourage self-discovery, reflection, and meaningful connection with the wisdom within.
Our inaugural experience, The Wild Within: A Journey to Meet Your Animal Guide, took place in October and invited participants to explore the symbolism and guidance of an animal encounter.
The Ancient Tree is the second experience in the series, offering an entirely new journey centered on grounding, personal growth, and inner wisdom.
Each journey stands on its own, so you’re welcome whether you attended our first experience or are joining us for the first time.
