Rest is more than stopping.It is learning how to soften without guilt, receive without earning it, and create enough space to hear what your body and mind have been trying to tell you.
The Anchored Experience: RESTORE is an intentional afternoon created for women who are ready to step away from the demands of everyday life and experience rest as something deeper than a temporary pause.
Together, we will explore The Art of Rest through education, nervous-system support, restorative experiences, reflection, and meaningful connection.
The afternoon will move through five intentional phases: Body, Mind, Restore, Spirit, and Integration.
Your experience will include:
An opening circle led by the founder of The Four Anchors Collective
A guided conversation exploring exercise and nutrition to support greater balance as the stress of the holiday season approaches
An experiential Anxiety Rewire designed to support you through the stress and anxiety that can accompany end-of-year festivities
A self-directed Connection Break featuring a float experience enhanced by sound healing, a massage experience designed for full relaxation, ear seeding, refreshments, nourishment meaningful connection, and space to simply rest
A full-group red light experience with BonCharge featuring education and guided meditation
A guided Integration closing led by the founder of The Four Anchors Collective
A thoughtfully curated Anchored Experience RESTORE kit so you can continue the experience beyond the afternoon
During the Connection Break, you will move through the restorative offerings at your own pace. You may choose the experiences that call to you, pause for refreshments, connect with someone new, or simply be still.
There is no pressure to do everything.
Rest is also having permission not to fill every available moment.
This is not a conference.
It is not a workshop.
And it is not about promising transformation in one afternoon.
It is an opportunity to step away from everything asking for your attention and spend an afternoon returning some of that attention to yourself.
Come experience rest not as something you have to earn—but as a practice you are allowed to choose.
DRESS CODE: COZY, ELEVATED NEUTRALS
Come dressed for comfort in cream, camel, taupe, chocolate, sage, or other warm earth tones. Think soft matching sets, relaxed trousers, leggings, knit layers, cardigans, and wraps.
Because you will move through several restorative experiences, choose comfortable layers that are easy to adjust, along with shoes that can slip on and off easily. Cozy socks are encouraged.
Neutral tones are encouraged, never required. The most important thing is that you arrive feeling comfortable and ready to rest.
