About this Event
Knowing how to alter your own garments to fit better can be so empowing!
Come learn about side seam edits, adjusting darts and adding tucks in this alterations focused class, which builds on the Quick Sewing Class (please take that class if this is your first time at using a sewing machine,) and we will have more alterations classes to follow as well.
When: Pick one or sign up for them all ~
Mondays 9/21, 10/19, and 12/14 from 6:30-8:30
Where: KFLY Studios at 2307 1st Ave, inside Ghosts Vintage
What to bring: Please bring 1 -3 freshly cleaned garments ready for altering, or we can show you the techniques on practice materials provided.
Be ready to seam rip and bring an open mind to find solutions for fit issues. Sometimes we have to add fabric to allow for the fit to be correct too, and we have some materials but you're always welcome to bring your own fabric in case we need to add it to the side seams.
