Although this falls on ‘day of the dead’ weekend, the intention is to honour our roots, and create ancestral alchemy by reclaiming our life force, celebrating our humanness, and bringing in the light, so we can write a new story, and live our true potential and destiny. WEEKEND FLOW:
We’ll ease into the weekend with a welcome circle, and honouring land and lineage, we’ll create an ancestral altar,, then settle in for a movie before bed.
Saturday, we’ll have gentle movement, family constellation work, and ‘crafternoon tea’ in preparation for our Sunday celebration.
Sunday morning, we start the day with a trip to Castlerigg stone circle, and end the day with family feast, and embrace our aliveness, with a day of the dead celebration.
Monday, we embody the freedom and choice to live an authentic life. The retreat ends 12pm, and then you can either embrace your free time, stay for the night and leave Tuesday morning, or leave that day to return home, refreshed, lighter, renewed.
