The Alchemy of Breath & Sound ~ An Inner Calm Experience

"Release Stress, Quiet the Mind & Restore Your Energy Through Breath, vocal toning and Harmonic Sound"
The Alchemy of Breath and Sound is a transformative 4-hour workshop guided by two experienced practitioners who combine the ancient healing arts of breath and sound.
Experience the ethereal healing sounds of the Armonica with practitioner Chiho Kagawa, whose intuitive sound journey weaves together harmonic frequencies, vocal toning and light language to create a deeply meditative and heart-opening experience.
Alongside this sonic immersion, Craig Harmer shares the ancient art of pranayama breathing techniques — or as he affectionately calls them, “Bananas” — simple yet powerful practices designed to calm the chatter of the “Monkey Mind,” and awaken the body’s natural life-force energy, known as prana.
Throughout the workshop, guests will be guided through:
◼️Ancient pranayama breathing practices
Ancient pranayama breathing practices are sacred yogic techniques developed thousands of years ago to consciously regulate the breath, calm the mind, and awaken the body’s natural life-force energy, known as prana.
◼️About the Armonica
The Armonica is a rare crystal instrument developed in the 18th century by Benjamin Franklin and further developed in Europe.
The rich harmonics of the Armonica are said to induce deep relaxation and meditative states and are also believed to have an effect on the pineal gland.
◼️Sound Qigong
In ancient China, the voice was used as a form of wisdom to help harmonize the body, breath, and consciousness. According to the traditional teachings, organs such as the lungs, kidneys, liver, heart, and spleen are believed to correspond to particular sounds. By combining breath with these vibrations and directing them into the body, this practice has traditionally been used to support the balance of inner energy and emotional wellbeing.
In this workshop, we will incorporate Sound Qigong, based on ancient Qigong practices, using specific sounds (tones) associated with different organs of the body and resonating them through the voice.

?Craig Harmer (Spiritual Advisor)
Craig Harmer walks the path of a Kriya Yogi, Meditation and Pranayama Teacher, Vision Guidance Reader, and Divine Source Enhancement Healer, but above all, he sees himself as a companion for those seeking to remember their true essence.
His own awakening began in 2006 when meditation opened a doorway to stillness and inner transformation. Drawn by spirit to deepen this journey, Craig travelled to India in 2011, where the ancient practice of Pranayama Yoga expanded his breath, his awareness, and his ability to guide others into healing and balance.
Over the years, Craig has been blessed to weave together sacred practices—Divine Source Enhancement Healing and Vision Guidance readings—that open pathways for release, clarity, and spiritual renewal. With a gentle presence and an open heart, he creates spaces where others can reconnect to their soul, rediscover peace, and awaken to the light that has always lived within them.

?Chiho Kagawa (Healing Artist, Trauma Reset Therapist, Dip Regression & Hypnotherapy)
Chiho Kagawa is a healing artist who supports the reconnection with the voice of the soul and one’s inner life force. She integrates sound and voice, guided meditation, breathwork, hypnosis, energy work, and various forms of expressive arts, offering spaces for people to deeply reconnect with their authentic selves.
For over 20 years, she has worked internationally across festivals, events, and symposiums, performing and speaking with voice and a range of harmonic instruments, with a particular focus on the rare crystal instrument known as the “Armonica” (photo & description above). She has also been involved in designing and facilitating workshops and retreats focused on mind-body wellness, including meditation and fasting practices.
In 2019, she spent 50 days in palliative care due to terminal cancer, from which she made a miraculous recovery without undergoing any chemotherapy. Through this experience, including near-death states and profound life transformation, she came to deeply realize—through direct experience—that human beings are multidimensional beings, and that all existence is vibration. She also came to understand sound as a living force that tunes the body, emotions, and consciousness, guiding people back to their essential self.
Currently, she continues to evolve a holistic approach that integrates sound, voice, body, and consciousness, developing her unique work internationally at the intersection of art and healing.
