The AI Workbench is a hands-on working session for small-business owners, operators, and independent professionals who want to move beyond AI demonstrations and start applying practical workflows to real recurring work.
This is not a lecture-heavy conference.
You will bring a laptop and one repetitive business task.
During the workshop, you will rotate through three guided workbench stations, test different approaches, receive mentor support, and work toward a practical
AI-assisted workflow that you can continue refining after the session.
Attendance is limited to 20 participants so the workshop can remain focused, practical, and interactive.

You do not need advanced AI experience.

BEFORE THE WORKSHOP
During registration, you will be asked to identify one recurring task that currently takes time in your business.

• Preparing follow-up messages
• Creating repeatable marketing drafts
• Turning notes into structured content
• Summarizing business information
• Categorizing recurring data
• Preparing internal reports
• Organizing routine operational tasks

Your response helps the organizer group participants with similar workflow needs.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The workshop focuses on one question:
Where can AI assist with a repetitive process while keeping the right level of human review?
You will work through three different workflow perspectives during the session.
The goal is not to automate every part of your business.
The goal is to identify one useful recurring process, build an AI-assisted workflow around it, and test whether that workflow is practical for your situation.
WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO LEAVE WITH
The workshop is designed to help you leave with:
• One AI-assisted workflow or tested workflow prototype
• A documented sequence of steps for that workflow
• A clearer understanding of where human review belongs
• Notes on what worked and what still needs adjustment
• A practical implementation checklist for continuing after the workshop
Some workflows may require additional permissions, integrations, subscriptions, technical configuration, or internal approval before they can be fully deployed.
The workshop does not guarantee that every workflow can be fully automated or deployed during the session.
