SATURDAY 1, NOV 7: Find & Analyze the Deal. AI foundations, deal finding and due diligence, plus deal analysis and listing prep.
SATURDAY 2, NOV 14: Get Found & Get Leads. Marketing and positioning, plus websites, funnels and automatic follow-up.
SATURDAY 3, NOV 21: Fund It & Automate It. Capital, lenders and JV partners, plus automating a weekly task with Claude Cowork.
All sessions run 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (doors open at 8:30 AM) at RASM Headquarters, 2320 Cattlemen Road, Sarasota. Coffee and doughnuts are on me. Prefer to join from home? Attend live on Zoom. Your Zoom link will be emailed to you before the first class.
