The Adpative Brain: An Introduction to Neurofeedback
Carly is a Registered Psychotherapist and Board Certified in Neurofeedback with the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. She holds an Honours degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Her clinical work is dedicated to supporting individuals through their Neurofeedback journeys across multiple clinics in Ontario.
Carly’s approach to Neurofeedback is grounded in a holistic understanding of the relationship between the brain, body, and nervous system. She works with individuals across a range of presentations and goals, using Neurofeedback as a tool to support the nervous system’s capacity for greater flexibility, regulation, resilience, and adaptability. Her work focuses on helping individuals develop greater self-awareness and capacity within their nervous systems, supporting meaningful change and improved overall well-being.
