About this Event
The team behind The Abbey will be preparing a 4-course prix-fixe meal designed to pair alongside a unique lineup of five local ciders from Absolem Cider Co. The food will showcase produce and meats from local farms, as well as cheeses from a selection of Maine's many incredible cheesemongers. Each course is designed to guide you through a journey of Maine's harvest.
Doors will open at 4pm for optional welcome coffee and/or cocktails (additional cost).
Speakers will include local farmers, cider makers from Absolem, and the small team of chefs from The Abbey.
More details on the menu and the featured farms will be available as harvest season nears!
