/EST/Mitut Hiina rooga oskad sina nimetada? HAN'si kokkade juhendamisel saad sukelduda kirevasse Hiina kulinaaria maailma ning võtta koju kaasa uued oskused ja retseptid.
Hiina köök on jaotatud kaheksaks suureks traditsiooniks, mis esindavad sajanditega kujunenud kohalikke maitseid ja tehnikaid. Esimest korda HAN'si toidukoolituste ajaloos oleme kokku pannud seeria, kus saab tutvuda kõigi Hiina suuremate kulinaaria gruppidega alustades tuimestavate Sichuani roogadega ning lõpetades umamiste Shandongi toitudega.
Koolituse käigus õpime koka juhendamisel valmistama kolm erinevat teemakohast provintsi rooga ning muidugi järgneb koolitusele ka ühine õhtusöök.
Kohal on eesti-inglise-hiina keele tõlk, kelle abiga saavad kõik koka juhtnöörid dekodeeritud :)

How many Chinese dishes can you name? Under the guidance of HAN's chefs, you can immerse yourself in the colorful world of Chinese cuisine and take home new skills and recipes.
Chinese cuisine is divided into eight major traditions, which represent local flavors and techniques that have developed over centuries. For the first time in the history of HAN's food courses, we have put together a series where you can get acquainted with all the major culinary groups of China, starting with numbing Sichuan dishes and ending with umami Shandong food.
During the training, we will learn to prepare three different dishes from the themed province under the guidance of the chef, and of course, the training will be followed by a joint dinner.
There will be an Estonian-English-Chinese translator present, with whose help all the chef's instructions can be decoded :)
