Course Overview
Join Dr. Celeste Sheppard, Founder of Tiny Hearts Project, for guided, hands-on practice scanning the fetal heart. The course begins with a brief lecture and overview of the 5 essential views. After the lecture, you'll participate in three hands-on scanning sessions, each with a live pregnant volunteer model. Don't miss this opportunity to learn how to scan the fetal heart with confidence. Together we can detect more congenital heart defects prenatally and save babies' lives!
This course has been approved by the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS) for 2.75 CME credits.
