You are warmly invited to the Third Annual Eparchial Gala, a very special evening celebrating Bishop Michael and three remarkable milestones in his life and ministry.

This year, we come together as one Eparchial family to celebrate 40 years of Bishop Michael’s priestly ministry, his 65th birthday, and the beginning of a new chapter in his service to the Church as Metropolitan of Canada and Archbishop of Winnipeg for Ukrainian Catholics.

For four decades, Bishop Michael’s ministry has touched parishes, communities, families, and countless lives. This evening is our opportunity to gather with gratitude and joy, celebrate the journey we have shared with him, and wish him well as he begins this new stage of his ministry in the Lord’s vineyard.

At the heart of this year’s Gala is also a cause very close to our community: supporting Ukrainian children and youth. By coming together, we celebrate Bishop Michael while helping invest in the next generation — their faith, culture, education, and connection to the Ukrainian community.

Join us for a beautiful evening of prayer, celebration, fellowship, wonderful food, and special memories as we honour Bishop Michael, thank him for his years of dedicated service, and send him forward with our prayers, love, and very best wishes.

6:30 PM — Divine Liturgy
We begin our celebration together in prayer and thanksgiving.

7:30 PM — Gourmet Dinner & Gala Celebration
An evening of wonderful food, fellowship, celebration, and special moments — all in support of Ukrainian children and youth.

And together, let us wish Bishop Michael many happy and blessed years — Многая літа!
