The Mixed Mountain Cup is McLemore’s premier tournament, giving players the opportunity to compete on both The Keep and Highlands courses for the title of Mountain Cup Champion. This mixed couples event is open to members and resort guests seeking two days of exceptional golf, friendly competition, exclusive tee gifts, a celebratory dinner with entertainment, and more.
Each day begins with a warm-up session on the Highlands practice facilities before a shotgun start across both The Keep and Highlands courses. Throughout this two-day event, participants will experience the distinct character of McLemore’s two acclaimed courses, enjoy the option to walk or ride with caddie support, and celebrate great golf among friends in one of the Southeast’s most scenic mountain settings.
Accommodations at Cloudland hotel will be discounted for tournament players. Lodging not included in the registration fee. All registrants will receive a dedicated booking link for a preferred room rate upon tournament ticket purchase. Tournament Format
- Two-person teams (1 male / 1 female)
- Select Drive, Team Quota Format
- Each team must use a minimum of three drives per player per round
- Individual quotas are determined using 100% of each player’s handicap from their selected tees
- Combined individual quotas establish the team quota for 18 holes
Point System
Hole-in-One: 6 points
Eagle: 5 points
Birdie: 4 points
Par: 3 points
Bogey: 2 points
Double Bogey: 1 point
