Warner Robins Little Theatre proudly presents The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, a hilarious, Tony Award-winning musical comedy about an eclectic group of young competitors battling their way through a spelling championship while sharing the awkward, funny, and sometimes surprisingly heartfelt stories that brought them there. And this spelling bee needs more than just a cast.
At every performance, four audience members will have the opportunity to volunteer to participate in the spelling bee onstage alongside our cast. If you’ve ever wondered how you would fare under the pressure of the Putnam County microphone, this is your chance. Audience participation is completely voluntary, and information about how to put your name forward will be available at the theatre.
The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is incredibly funny, but parents should know that the humor can get very crude. Because of some mature jokes, language, and subject matter, we recommend the production for older teens and up. (Parents and guardians are encouraged to use their own discretion.)
Show Dates: December 5th–20th, 2026
Friday & Saturday performances at 7:30 PM
Sunday matinees at 2:30 PM
Come prepared to laugh, cheer on our spellers, and maybe even find yourself competing for the championship!
