About this Event
Join Chef Fabi for an evening learning to make many of your favorite classic Thanksgiving sides and master them for your holiday meal! We'll be making some of the classics with all of the tips and tricks you'll ever need to succeed. Master things like stuffing, Mac and Cheese, and the best Corn bread you'll ever have!
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on cooking.
Sampling the meal at the end of class or taking home leftovers. Be sure to bring tupperware!
This class will contain gluten, dairy, corn, and eggs.

Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes for over 15 years in the Portland area. She attended culinary school 15 years ago and has worked in many kitchens since but found her love of being a cooking instructor along the way. Chef Fabi was born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family and learned how to cook from her Mama, Fabiola. She now shares her families recipes in all of her cooking classes with you!
