When your relationship with your child changes in ways you never imagined, it may be time to begin caring for yourself again.
About this Event

You spent years being the best mom you could be —
and now you feel pushed out of your child’s life.

You question yourself.
You replay old conversations.
You wonder if you somehow failed as a mother.

And you’re not alone.

A Message From Andrea

I’m Andrea Amador, and as an estranged mom myself, I know how deeply it can hurt when your adult child’s distance feels like a personal attack.

It took me years of suffering and shame to understand that your child’s decision to distance themselves isn’t necessarily because they hate you — and it may not even be about you at all.
💛 Who This Is For
That’s why I created this Self-Love Walk — a safe place where estranged moms can nurture themselves with kindness, self-care, and understanding.

If You Rarely Hear From Your Child

You feel an emptiness.

You spent years putting your child first.
You showed up when they needed you.
You worried about them.
You supported them.
You built your life around being their mother.

And now… they’re gone from your life.

Maybe they stopped calling.
Maybe they blocked you.
Maybe they said things that broke your heart.

You wake up some mornings thinking:

How did this happen?
What did I do wrong?
Will I ever see them again?

Estrangement can leave you feeling:

• confused
• ashamed
• heartbroken
• lonely

And sometimes the silence is the hardest part —
the phone that never rings,
the unanswered text,
the ignored email.

If you’re carrying that pain, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Join the Self-Love Walk

I’m inviting estranged moms to join me for a gentle Self-Love Walk where we simply walk together, breathe, and connect with other non-judgmental moms who understand this experience.

No pressure.
No judgment.

Just a chance to step outside, move your body, and be in the company of women who know what this feels like.

Sometimes healing begins with something as simple as taking a walk together.

Your Healing Matters

Your healing does not depend on your child’s choices.
Peace does not require closure.

Healing begins when you come home to yourself and offer your own heart the same love and compassion you’ve always given to others.

What This Workshop Helps You Heal

This is a trauma-sensitive, compassion-first space where you’ll learn how to:

🌿 calm the endless fears that come with estrangement
🌿 release self-blame and shame
🌿 understand emotional eating as comfort, not failure
🌿 stop abandoning yourself to earn love
🌿 break patterns of emotional neglect and silence
🌿 see yourself with kindness and compassion
🌿 rebuild your identity without needing anyone else’s approval
🌿 feel grounded and safe in your own body again

Who This Is For

This workshop is for you if you’ve ever said:

“I feel like a failure as a mother.”
“I don’t know who I am without my child.”
“I feel ashamed even telling people what’s happening.”
“I don’t know how to stop eating to numb the pain.”
“I don’t want to feel this alone anymore.”

You don’t have to suffer in silence.
You don’t have to pretend to be okay.

About Andrea

Andrea Amador is a women’s empowerment coach, author, estranged mom, and widow who has walked through grief, abandonment wounds, emotional eating, and the deep ache of estrangement from both her father and her daughter.

Her coaching blends nervous system regulation, tapping (EFT), mirror work, and self-compassion practices to help women rebuild their lives from the inside out.

Andrea doesn’t teach from theory.
She teaches from lived experience — from years of rebuilding her life one grounded step at a time.

Her mission is simple and sacred:

to help estranged moms come home to themselves — not by force, but by love.

A Soft Landing For Your Heart

This walk is a soft landing for your heart —
a place to be seen without judgment
and to begin rebuilding your strength one gentle step at a time.
🌱 This Workshop Is Not About Fixing the Relationship…
