Join Chef Rachael for a hands-on Thanksgiving workshop designed to take the stress out of preparing a memorable holiday meal. Together, we’ll spatchcock and season a turkey for faster, more even roasting; turn the flavorful pan drippings into silky gluten-free gravy; and prepare savory herb stuffing.
You’ll also make crispy pan-fried potatoes with garlic and fresh herbs, sweet potato casserole topped with homemade marshmallows, and a flaky gluten-free pie crust for a festive seasonal dessert. Along the way, you’ll learn make-ahead strategies, timing tips, and dairy-free substitutions so you can confidently recreate the meal for everyone at your Thanksgiving table. After cooking, we’ll gather to enjoy everything we’ve prepared.
Classes are held in my 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen, providing a safe and welcoming environment for guests with celiac disease, gluten sensitivities, or anyone choosing a gluten-free lifestyle.
Whether you're gluten-free, dairy-free, cooking for someone with dietary restrictions, or simply looking to expand your dinner rotation, you'll leave with practical techniques, new recipes, and the confidence to recreate these dishes at home.
