Join Denise for a gentle class with therapeutic massage ball rolling combined with slow flow. Class will also include a candle ceremony and chanting/meditation. Class is offered in-person & virtual on Zoom. Regular class fees apply and class cards accepted.
There will also be an all levels class at 10 am.
