Our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive is back, and we're teaming up with Share Ourselves to help put Thanksgiving meals on the tables of Orange County families in need!

Never been to Health in Balance? You're welcome, too! This is a great opportunity to meet our team, experience some of what we do, and give back to our community at the same time.
How to participate:
1. Click "Find Tickets" to view the approved food donation list and request your complimentary visit.
2. We'll contact you to schedule your appointment.
3. Bring your donations to your scheduled visit!
Already a patient? Just let our front desk know you'd like to participate, and we'll get you scheduled.
Just want to donate? We'd love that, too! You can drop off food during office hours without an appointment.
And please, invite your friends, family, and neighbors! The more people who participate, the more Thanksgiving meals we can help provide.
