🚨🦃💰 THANKSGIVING EVE CALCUTTA BYOP! 💰🦃🚨We’re doing something a little DIFFERENT this Thanksgiving Eve at Cornhole Central STL — and we think this one could be a BLAST! 🔥🔥
📅 Wednesday, November 25th
🚪 Doors/Check-In: 5:30 PM
🎯 Bags Fly: 6:30 PM SHARP
💵 $40 PER TEAM
🎯 4 ROUND-ROBIN GAMES
Then things get interesting… 👀💰
🔥🔥 THE CALCUTTA! 🔥🔥
After all 4 rounders are complete, teams will be ranked and the field will be split into A & B Brackets!
🏆 The A/Championship Bracket teams will ALL go up for LIVE AUCTION!
💰 CALCUTTA DETAILS:
🔥 $10 minimum bid
🔥 Highest bidder becomes the owner of that team
🔥 If nobody bids the $10 minimum on a team, that team will be placed into THE FIELD
Once all individual teams have gone through the auction, THE FIELD will go up for bid! 💰
THE FIELD will consist of ALL teams that did not receive an individual bid during the original auction.
The highest bidder on THE FIELD will own the Calcutta rights to ALL of those teams! 👀🔥
So don’t sleep on THE FIELD — there could be some serious value sitting in that group! 💰💰
👀 50% TEAM BUYBACK OPTION!
After a team is purchased, that team can ask the winning bidder/owner to buy back 50% of themselves before bracket play begins.
🤝 The owner must agree to the buyback.
Example:
💵 Your team sells for $200
🤝 Owner agrees to the buyback
💰 Your team pays the owner $100
➡️ Players now own 50% of their Calcutta action
➡️ Original buyer owns the other 50%
If the owner does not agree, they retain 100% ownership of that team.
All buybacks must be completed BEFORE BRACKET PLAY BEGINS!
Once brackets start, ALL CALCUTTA OWNERSHIP IS FINAL!
💰 CALCUTTA PAYOUT
🥇 1st — 65%
🥈 2nd — 25%
🥉 3rd — 10%
And remember — CALCUTTA MONEY IS SEPARATE FROM THE REGULAR TOURNAMENT PAYOUT! 💰💰
Those 4 rounders MATTER! You’re not just playing for seeding — you’re trying to earn your way into the Championship Bracket and onto the AUCTION BLOCK! 🔥
