Thanksgiving at LucidaCelebrate the season beneath the red rocks with a Thanksgiving prix fixe menu at Lucida. Dinner begins with fresh dinner rolls and honey whipped butter, followed by the Lucida Wedge Salad. The crisp iceberg wedge is topped with goat cheese, roasted peppers, toasted pepitas, applewood smoked bacon, and heirloom baby tomatoes, finished with Roquefort bleu cheese dressing.
For the main course, choose the herb-roasted turkey, with breast and dark meat, turkey gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, garlic roasted green beans, sweet potato casserole, and cranberry sauce. Vegetarian guests can enjoy a vegetable napoleon of portabella, grilled zucchini and squash, eggplant, and heirloom tomatoes over tomato coulis, served with the same classic sides.
End the meal with house-made pumpkin or pecan pie with berries and fresh cream. Each dinner includes a cranberry agua fresca and house hot chocolate with fresh cream.
