Kathonah Pop UpBegin Thanksgiving morning by coming back to yourself.
This grounding, all-levels practice blends the warming and cooling qualities of a Yinyasa flow, weaving mindful movement, breath and Katonah-inspired concepts to help you find your center and settle into the season.
Come as you are. Move, breathe, soften and create a little space to feel grounded and grateful before the holiday begins.
All levels welcome. Leave feeling centered, refreshed and good in your body.
Your Instructor
Carlisle Hodges has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 10 years. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa training at Asheville Yoga Center in 2013 and has continued to deepen her studies through Katonah Yoga, meditation, and breath work. Carlisle sees yoga as an invitation to break through—a roadmap for exploring the inner landscape through the body. Her classes weave mindful movement, breath, and thoughtful sequencing to create practices that are both grounding and expansive, with equal parts sweetness and challenge. She invites students to slow down, find their center, and use the practice as a way to feel more at home in themselves.
