Thames Water Developer Day 2027

Thames Water's flagship event for the development community, bringing together developers, housebuilders, consultants, contractors, NAVs, SLPs, regulators and Thames Water experts for a day of insight, collaboration and networking. A large exhibition area will showcase organisations from across the development industry, including developers, consultants, contractors, NAVs, SLPs, infrastructure providers, suppliers and technology specialists, providing attendees with opportunities to share knowledge, discover innovations and make new business connections.

Developer Day 2027 is proud to support WaterAid, Thames Water's long-term charity partner. Through donations, attendees, exhibitors and sponsors will help support WaterAid's mission to provide clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene to communities around the world.

Following the success of Developer Day 2026, which brought together more than 150 delegates from across the industry, Developer Day 2027 has been expanded with a larger venue, increased networking opportunities, greater senior leadership involvement and an enhanced exhibition programme.
