About this Event
The final Thai menu i offer before going back to Thailand, where i will spend another month in this amazing country; part of the time i will be doing more studies with an amazing vegan chef in her kitchen at her incredible restaurant!
This menu will include:
Fresh Spring Rools with peanut sauce
Tom Yom Soup with mushrooms, greens and tofu
Yam Woon Sen (mung bean noodle salad)
Tofu Larb (tofu and herbs with lime in lettuce leaves)
Green Curry
Stir fried Asparagus with shitake
Pad Sei Yiu(fresh rice noodles with gai lan and soy sauce)
