Hella Thrifty is a black-owned, LGBTQ+ friendly clothing company that celebrates the bold fashion trends of the 1980s and 1990s with a modern twist, making iconic styles accessible to today’s trendsetters. Hella Thrifty is run by Dannie Cherie, a native of California and avid thrift shopper and fashion blogger. Hella Thrifty was spurred from her passion for exchanging and sharing unique thrift finds. Specializing in vintage and retro styles, Hella Thrifty captures the essence of Bay Area California culture through its vibrant collection of apparel. Catering to nostalgic fashion enthusiasts and proud Bay Area residents, the company offers a unique blend of streetwear and casual everyday wear, available both online and at local vending events. Hella Thrifty curates an eclectic mix of branded pieces, including graphic tees, windbreaker jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies, jogger pants and shorts, bucket hats, snapback hats, dad hats, jerseys, fanny packs, backpacks, socks and more. Additionally, Hella Thrifty sells select thrifted finds alongside its branded collections.
