EXPERIMENTAL QUADROPHONIC MUSIC FESTIVAL
Please join us at this AMBIENT INDUSTRIAL MUSIC FESTIVAL celebrating the amazing sound artists of the Bay area for 2 nights of eclectic musical experimentations from a wide variety of West Coast Cacophonists whose excursions range from deep black dark ambient gothic nightmares to surreal supersonic collages extracted from the 'simulation'. Come sit back and relax while you experience bizarre new concepts of high strangeness expressed through the sounds of the unsound.

Among his frequent collaborators are Chris Cutler, Dan Burke, Joseph Hammer, Nick Didkovsky, Due Process, Voice of Eye, Fred Frith, David Lee Myers, 5uu's, Matmos, Wobbly, and Negativland.

S. GLASS: is always involved in creating numerous sound collaborations as well as solo works and his enthusiasm for the art form shows having been the Editor of BANANAFISH Magazine.

Incongruous sound sources are bent, warped, wrung and wrenched between the ears, as if one’s brain is an object to be flossed by Glass’s quietly punishing dentist’s hand. Clattering machines and burnt-out organs fizz as though amplified via baby monitor. SCOT JENERIK is a composer and conceptual artist. Projects include; AUME, F-Space, and Soundtrack for the Dead. He has performed, lectured and distributed audio/video works extensively in the United States, Europe and Japan. He is co-owner of Mobilization Records, has an MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute, founded 23five Incorporated and co-hosted the No Other Radio Network on KPFA.

Bike, carpool, walk with friends, use Lyft , Uber, or public transit, and plan accordingly! Parking on Athens makes it hard for the residents—especially our elderly and disabled neighbors—to park near their homes. If you must drive, please park a block down on San Pablo.
