Join the Club KT and TH7 communities for a morning that starts with a 5km New Farm Park run and finishes with a group recovery session and coffee catch-up. Whether you’re chasing a PB or love an active start to your Saturday, this is for you!
What’s Included:
🏃♀️ New Farm Park run – join the run or cheer from the sidelines
🔥 Group TH7 Recovery Session (30 mins) – Express session (20 min sauna or steam, 5 min cold plunge)
☕ Coffee & Breakfast – connect post-recovery at a Freddies Newstead(booking arranged)
Optional Add-Ons:
- 2.5 km warm-up run from TH7 Newstead to New Farm Park
- Cool-down jog back to TH7 after Parkrun
Schedule:
- 6:15 am – Meet at TH7 Newstead (19 Longland Street)
- 6:25 am – Run to New Farm Park
- 7:00 am – New Farm Park run
- 7:45 am – Run back to TH7
- 8:30 am – Group TH7 Recovery Session
- 9:00 am – Coffee & breakfast @ Freddies Newstead
