1. MUST BE A SPEAKING ROCK WINNERS CLUB MEMBER. WINNERS CLUB MEMBERSHIP IS FREE to all patrons who are 21 years of age or older.
2. If you are not a current member, you MUST join the WINNERS CLUB before you receive any prizes or payment.
3. Beginning, OCTOBER 28, 2026, TO NOVEMBER 24, 2026, SPEAKING ROCK CASINO will host the TERRIFIC TUESDAYS $100,000 CASH CLIMBING TUESDAYS.
4. Every Tuesday in November, Speaking Rock Casino will have WEEKLY DRAWINGS and give away $4,000.00 in free play and 1 Grand Prize Cash Prize increasing each week and totaling $100,000 CASH and $16,000.00 Free Play for the month of November 2026!

6. Participants may receive information about this promotion in several ways including, but not limited to, traditional advertising methods, social media and Speaking Rock Employees. Ask for details.
7. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE ENTRIES, PLAYER MUST USE THEIR PLAYERS CARD WHILE PLAYING. ONLY MACHINES THAT HAVE A PLAYERS CARD PROPERLY INSERTED WILL DISPENSE ENTRIES DURING PLAY. Entries will begin dispensing on October 28, 2026.
8. Dispensed entries will contain player name and account information. It is the player’s responsibility to deposit entries into the barrel prior to any drawings commencing. Entries will dispense until 9pm on the day of drawing.
9. DRAWING BARREL WILL BE EMPTIED AFTER FINAL DRAW EVERY TUESDAY IN NOVEMBER.

11. Drawings will be conducted in clear view of the public on premises of Speaking Rock.
12. At each drawing, winners’ tickets will be randomly drawn from a see-through drawing barrel by a random guest chosen from the crowd by the Event Emcee.
13. Any entries that appear to be marked in any way that makes them stand out by sight or to touch will be disqualified. Examples of a marked entry include but are not limited to folds of any kind, tears, ink or color marks, and textured surfaces. Winners Club Member with marked entries may lose Membership privileges or Winners Club membership altogether. Entry tickets are printed with all essential information and should not be tampered with in any way. Condition of entry tickets will be determined at Managements discretion and Managers decision will be final.
14. Participants may win more than once. The winning drawing ticket may not be re-used but other remaining tickets for that participant still in the barrel will be eligible for promotion drawings.
15. A drawing winner will not be eligible for the following draw after a win (no back-to-back wins) then will become eligible again for remaining drawings. The only exception is If the next draw is the final, Grand Prize draw, winner will remain eligible to win the Grand Prize.
16. Once winner’s name and authenticity of the ticket is verified, the name will be announced via public address system on the gaming floor and Plaza area. Winner’s name will be displayed at the drawing location and on the Media Pods located throughout the property, as technology is available.
17. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. At each drawing, winners will have 5 minutes to arrive at the designated drawing area or notify an employee that they are present and, on their way, to claim their prize. If there is no response after the 5 minutes, we will proceed to draw another ticket and a new winner will be announced. Process will repeat until there is a winner.
18. No assignment or transfers of prizes allowed. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible participants and entries.
19. SPEAKING ROCK CASINO WINNERS CLUB PLAYERS CARD and valid government-issued photo identification are required for FREE PLAY prizes. In addition, for CASH PRIZES, Members must provide proof of their Social Security number by presenting a Social Security Card or by completing a W2G form or similar document, as necessary to comply with Federal tax reporting requirements. Winners are responsible for any United States Federal, State or local taxes and/or any fees that may be imposed in connection with the acceptance of any prize.
20. To process your prize claim, you authorize SPEAKING ROCK CASINO to collect personal information about you.
21. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility to claim any prize.
22. SPEAKING ROCK CASINO may require additional information, notarized statements, or other evidence, as it may deem appropriate, to be provided by the prize winner.
23. Each prize winner grants SPEAKING ROCK CASINO the right to use their name, city of residence, and photography to publicize their winnings. The name and city of residence of prizewinners shall be regarded as public information; however, it shall be the policy of SPEAKING ROCK CASINO not to release the street address or telephone number of the prizewinners, except as may be required pursuant to lawful authority or urgent necessity.
24. At the discretion of SPEAKING ROCK CASINO, photographs of winners may be taken and used for publicity or to compile a photographic record of winners.
25. Eligibility. The following people or categories of people are not eligible to participate in the promotion or win any prize: Employees of SPEAKING ROCK CASINO, Any gaming related vendors/consultants and their employees, officers or agents. People who are banned from the property or who have requested self-exclusion from the property are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Any such entries are void and prizes will be forfeited automatically.
26. Each entrant and winner shall indemnify and hold harmless SPEAKING ROCK CASINO AND YSLETA DEL SUR PUEBLO, its agents, officers and employees against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from his or her participation in this promotion. SPEAKING ROCK CASINO AND YSLETA DEL SUR PUEBLO assume no liability of any kind for any property loss or damage or personal injury/illness occurring in connection with any prizes.
27. By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations and procedures of the promotion.
28. SPEAKING ROCK CASINO Management will resolve all disputes concerning any questions that arise concerning the promotion. In the event of a dispute, the decisions of SPEAKING ROCK CASINO Management will be final.
29. Speaking Rock Casino Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion with or without notice at any time, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
30. SPEAKING ROCK CASINO is not responsible for typographical or printing errors, or any mechanical and /or electronic malfunctions that may occur during a promotion.
