Begin with a guided 15-minute introduction to hypopressives, bringing attention to your breath, posture, and body awareness. A moment to arrive, connect, and start the day with intention.
BEGINNER TRAMPOLINE CLASS

Find your bounce! This introductory class guides you through the basics of rebounder movement, helping you become familiar with the trampoline and build confidence as you move to the music.
LEGS & GLUTES CIRCUIT
