We’re hosting a special Outpouring edition of Tenx9 at Riddel’s Warehouse inviting people to speak on the theme When I Was Young.Tenx9 is a storytelling event where nine people each have up to ten minutes to tell a true story from their own life.
Organised against the backdrop of Outpouring, this event is a chance to recall and hear stories of childhood, growing up, learning lessons, mischief, memories, firsts, lasts, and everything in between.
To take part and tell your own youth inspired story, register on the tenx9 website before Friday 19 June.
Outpouring is a major new immersive installation taking place at Riddel’s Warehouse, Belfast, from 30 June–5 July 2026. At the heart of the exhibition is a large-scale artwork by Joe Caslin, grounding the project in the themes of listening, attention, care, and intergenerational dialogue.
Across the space, visitors will encounter 140 artworks and spoken-word pieces created over the last six months by young people working alongside Joe Caslin and Nerve Centre.
Visitors are invited to engage with the exhibition through a bespoke augmented reality app, designed to deepen and personalise the experience.
