Clay House Tennis is a nonprofit serving South Jersey and Greater Philadelphia, known for high-energy monthly events and dedicated to building community through tennis, wellness, and personal growth. This time, we're serving something different. Join us after work for an intimate five-day series with limited spots available, designed for advanced beginners to intermediate players, in collaboration with Jennifer Neal of The Mindful Athlete, a certified mental health coach and mental game coach.
You will learn why consistency and repetition drive skill development, how to stay committed when progress feels slow, and how to reframe frustration during the learning curve. Players who advance are the ones who show up, and this series is built around that principle.
Every session includes clean protein mocktails, good energy, and daily giveaways ranging from tennis equipment to tennis lessons.
