***English below***Minėdami Lietuvos Respublikos Konstitucijos dieną, kviečiame į kasmetinę tarptautinę mokslinę-praktinę konstitucinės teisės konferenciją „Konstitucijos daugiasluoksniškumas: matomos ir nematomos jos dimensijos (angl. The Multi-Layered Nature of the Constitution: Visible and Hidden Dimensions“).

Konferenciją organizuoja Mykolo Romerio universitetas (MRU) kartu su Lietuvos Respublikos Konstituciniu Teismu, Lietuvos advokatūra ir Lietuvos Respublikos Seimo Teisės ir teisėtvarkos komitetu.
Lietuvos Konstitucija šiandien yra daugiau nei vienas dokumentas – ją sudaro mažiausiai penki konstituciniai dokumentai, prisidėję prie Lietuvos konstitucinės doktrinos ir šiandieninės konstitucinės santvarkos formavimosi. Tačiau greta matomų Konstitucijos sluoksnių egzistuoja ir nematomos jos dimensijos.
Pagrindinius konferencijos pranešimus skaitys Lietuvos Respublikos Konstitucinio Teismo teisėjas prof. dr. Vytautas Mizaras ir Europos Žmogaus Teisių Teismo vicepirmininkas dr. jur. Arnfinn Bårdsen.

To mark the Constitution Day of the Republic of Lithuania, we invite you to the annual international scientific-practical conference on constitutional law, “The Multi-Layered Nature of the Constitution: Visible and Hidden Dimensions.”

The conference is organised by Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) in cooperation with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania, the Lithuanian Bar Association, and the Committee on Legal Affairs of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania.
Today, the Lithuanian Constitution is more than a single document – it comprises at least five constitutional documents that have contributed to the development of Lithuania’s constitutional doctrine and shaped its present-day constitutional order. Yet alongside these visible layers of the Constitution, there are also its invisible dimensions.
The keynote addresses will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Vytautas Mizaras, Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania, and Dr. jur. Arnfinn Bårdsen, Vice-President of the European Court of Human Rights.
