About this Event
Do you have a beloved pair of jeans in need of a glow up? Found a top at Savers that could go next-level with some fashion flair? This workshop introduces participants to printmaking, appliqué, and embroidery as creative skills for customizing and upcycling clothing and accessories. By connecting fashion, self-expression, and sustainability, participants will explore how these techniques and personal creativity support the growing upcycled fashion industry and environmental responsibility.
Students need to bring a piece of clothing to work on. We recommend something that is not made of a stretchy fabric.
Open to all skill levels. Materials provided. Suggested donation is $20, but all teens are welcome regardless of ability to pay.
