Teens are invited to the West Bank Regional Library on Friday, October 23, for a night of games, food, crafts, horror films and friendly competition after the library closes to the general public. A Halloween costume contest will be part of the fun, so costumes are encouraged but not required. This event is strictly for teens 13-18.
