TEDxWilmingtonSalon: Leadership & Growth
Great Leaders Inspire. Bold Ideas Transform. Growth Changes Everything.
What does it really mean to be a leader? Is leadership about having the right answers, or asking better questions? Is growth something we achieve, or something we continuously pursue?
On Saturday, November 21, 2026, TEDxWilmington invites you to TEDxWilmingtonSalon: Leadership & Growth at The Delaware Contemporary for an inspiring exploration of the ideas, experiences, and perspectives that shape great leaders and drive meaningful change.
In a world defined by constant disruption, evolving expectations, and unprecedented opportunities, the ability to lead, adapt, and grow has never been more important. Yet some of the most powerful lessons about leadership come from unexpected places, through personal challenges, unconventional thinking, and the courage to question what we've always believed.
This special TEDxWilmingtonSalon brings together thought leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who will challenge conventional wisdom, share compelling stories, and introduce fresh perspectives on leadership, resilience, transformation, and human potential.
This isn't another leadership conference. It's an invitation to think differently.
Through thought-provoking TEDx talks and meaningful conversations, we'll explore what it takes to inspire others, navigate uncertainty, embrace change, and unlock new possibilities in our personal and professional lives.
Whether you're an experienced executive, emerging leader, entrepreneur, educator, student, or simply someone committed to becoming the best version of yourself, this event will leave you inspired to challenge assumptions, embrace new perspectives, and take your next step forward.
Why Attend?
Because leadership isn't defined by a title, and growth doesn't happen by accident.
Sometimes a single idea changes how we lead. A powerful story changes how we see ourselves. And an unexpected perspective opens the door to possibilities we never imagined.
At TEDxWilmington, we believe that ideas have the power to transform individuals, organizations, and entire communities.
Join us for an unforgettable experience where curiosity meets courage, ideas inspire action, and leadership meets limitless potential.
One stage. Powerful ideas. Endless opportunities to grow.
